The Consultancy works with organisations that need to develop, communicate and implement ideas that create measurable social, educational, cultural or organisational value.

How the consultancy works

Every engagement begins with understanding the organisation, its audience, its objectives and the problem it is trying to solve.

The consultancy then translates that understanding into a practical strategy, programme, communication solution or implementation framework.

01

Understand

We examine the organisation, its environment, stakeholders, audiences, challenges and objectives.

02

Define

We identify the core problem, opportunity or development need and establish a clear strategic direction.

03

Develop

We develop the strategy, content, programme, training material, campaign or solution required by the organisation.

04

Implement

Where required, we support implementation, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, training and evaluation.

South African History Retold

South African History Retold: A Beginner's Guide to the History Behind the Street Names, is the first of many volumes to come. This volume deals with explaining the history of the people that the South African street names have been changed to. It is a snapshot into the lives of people that gave up their freedom and many times their lives to release South Africa from the shackles of apartheid. It is not the complete list of all the struggle heroes that fought for freedom. It is however a start.

About

Bio & Expertise

Portrait of Khethiwe Zulu

Khethiwe has an Honours Degree in English and a passion for teaching, writing and communications. After completing her studies, she pursued a career in Marketing. She has also worked as, amongst other jobs, a Marketing Assistant and Marketing Manager for two regional shopping centres in KZN, The Pavilion as well as Liberty Midlands Mall respectively. She later started a Below-the-Line agency called Creative Boss.

Expertise

Her specialities include script and speech writing, proof reading and editing, content and brand development. She has recently authored a book called: South African History Retold, a book informing the public about who our struggle heroes really were that have had street names as well as buildings named after them.

She has also turned the book into a board game.

Her passion, however, lies in instilling writing and reading skills to previously disadvantaged children. She spends most of her free time writing indigenous fairy tales for her young daughter, an activity she loves above all others.
